Teaming with Tim Beaty Builders on a design/build project, Kirkpatrick Architecture Studio designed additions and renovations to an existing building purchased by Facilities Management. This allowed the city to expand administrative areas and include a training/community room, which seats 32 people and a break room. The technical and shop area includes a drive-through bay and a dock-high bay. The administrative area totals 7,780 square feet, while the shop and technical areas are 7,400 square feet, making the building 15,180 square feet. The Tim Beaty Builders/Kirkpatrick Architecture Studio team worked within a tight timeframe to accommodate the quick move-in needed by the City.
